*Karate at Saras Heritage School*
At Saras Heritage School, we believe in nurturing both mind and body. We are delighted to introduce *Karate* as part of our co-curricular program for our students.
Led by certified instructors, our Karate sessions focus on building *discipline, self-confidence, focus and physical fitness* while teaching essential self-defense skills. The training aligns with NEP 2020’s emphasis on holistic development and sports integration in education.
Through regular practice, students learn respect, perseverance and emotional regulation.
